Virgin broadband

Was having trouble with my broadband, router tripped and had to use the reset to get it back online, after speaking to an Indian lady on Virgin support. An engineer came yesterday, checked out the system, new router/Hub3 and updated power supply for it. Checked a few connections all OK.



All very well, but all the wireless equipment had to be set up again, even Alexa notified me that it required wireless set up all over again. Most things Ok now except my printer would not connect wirelessly (after an hour of wasted time) connected the printer via a USB lead, at least it works now.
